It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doug Hummel (Moundsville, West Virginia), born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hummel and Elizabeth Jane Hummel (Scarnechia); and his grandparents, Thomas and Mary Scarnechia. He is survived by: his daughter Chloe (Hummel); his sister Elizabeth Deck; his fiancée Charity Moore; his fiancée's son Billy "T. W." Blackwell; and his grandson Jaiceon Dior Faulk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Care Funeral & Cremation Service - Moundsville (1500 2nd St, Moundsville, WV 26041). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
