She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Pelley and Garnet Pelley (Furbee); and her siblings, Lester "Junior" Pelley, Beverly Francis and Janet Redd.
She is survived by: her friends, Dean and Pat McDougal; her husband Tom Parker; her sons, Ed Parker of Moundsville, WV and Doug Parker (Debbie) of Warwood, WV; and her grandson Tanner.
Following the wishes of Dorothy, there will be no services, flowers, donations or gifts.
