It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Overfield of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Bridgeport, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Overfield and Sara Alice Overfield (Plues); his wife Shirley Overfield (Suder); his siblings, Charles, William Overfield and Betty George; and his granddaughter Andrea.
He is survived by: his close friend Phyllis Woods of Moundsville; and his children, Donald Overfield, Jr. (Jenniene) of Mount Olivet, Dennis Overfield (Teri) of Myrtle Beach, SC, David Overfield (Laura) of Orlando, FL and Robin Fowler (Bruce) of Bridgeport, OH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local charity or church of the donor's choice.
