He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald W. Stout and Margaret Stout (Robertson); his brother Jerry Stout; and his father-in-law Tim Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Luanne Stout (Tyler) of Moundsville; his son Travis Stout (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Caden and Brennan of St. Clairsville, OH; his son Chad Stout (Leah); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Addie and Ellie of Wheeling; his son Charles "CJ" Derrow of Moundsville; his mother-in-law Patty Tyler; and his siblings-in-law, Cassie Albaugh (Tracy Hayes) of Moundsville, Toni Evans (Frank) of Wedgefield, SC and Tim Tyler (Ellen) of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
