He was predeceased by: his father Francis "Bob" Dulaney; his siblings, Christine Zammitt and Robert Dulaney; his son Daniel Lee Dulaney Jr.; and his granddaughter Preslee Dulaney.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah "Sally" Dulaney; his mother Doris "Jean" Carpenter; his sisters, Linda Connell (Bob) and Darlene Dimmick (Mike); and his children, Talbert Dulaney (Patsy), Dawn Kettler (Todd) and Bree Anderson (Kenny).
