He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Fullerton and Bertha Fullerton (Wetzel); his brother David Fullerton; his parents-in-law, Andrew and Luella Kosky; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Strope and Rick "Bear" Kosky.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Lou Fullerton (Kosky); his daughter Wendy Smith (Justin) of Burgettstown, PA.; his grandchildren, Jacob and Sarah Smith of Burgettstown; and his siblings-in-law, Duke Kosky (Diane) of Moundsville, Dan Kosky (April) of McMechen, Donna Taskalines (Chris) of Moundsville, Crystal Kosky of Moundsville and Penny Fullerton of Glen Dale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
