She was predeceased by: her husband Kevert K. Kelley; her son-in-law David Shreve; and her brothers, James and John Hurd. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Shreve of Moundsville; her sister Rosemary Tottka of Bellaire, OH; and her grandson Keith Shreve (Josie) of Moundsville.
