He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Delbert Booth and Katherine Booth Rhoades (Jacobi); and his sisters, Delores Scott and Mary Alice Shelek. He is survived by: his wife Joann Booth (Kalo); his children, Charles "Chuck" Booth (Carrie) of Moundsville, Richard "Rick" Booth of Moundsville, Timothy "Tim" Booth (Jamie) of Moundsville and Julie Booth Maciel of Menifee, CA; and his grandchildren, Chandler Maciel, Kayla Rine, Alexis Booth, Lashawnda Hewitt, Ian Booth, Josh Booth and Amber Saunders. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and three nieces.
