He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Hooker and Ruth Trenter Hooker; and his siblings, William Hooker and Betty Hooker Derrow. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Shaffer Hooker; his children, Stephanie Galner (Shawn) of Cumberland, MD, Marsha Korn (Herb) of Moundsville and Charles Hooker; his sisters, Sondra Yocum (Clinton) and Virginia; and his grandchildren, Krysten Ahrens, Devon Gainer, Megan Gaines, Tyler Hooker, Ryan Hooker and Wyatt Korn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
