With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Eller of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Glen Dale, West Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Eller and Barbara Eller (Thacker); and his wife Ruth Ann Eller (McDannels). He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Jamie) and Lori Eller; his brother David Eller (Jane); his grandchildren, Cody, Lindsay, Evalyn Eller, Joshua, Jacey and Jonna Eneix; and his girlfriend Nancy Francis.
