He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Williams and Nellie McLaughlin Williams; his daughters-in-law, Debra Williams and Charlene Williams; and his grandson Jayce Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Cook Williams; his sons, Mark Williams (Terri) of Moundsville, W. V, Chris Williams (Leslie) of Moundsville, W. V and Jeff Williams of Bellaire, Ohio; and his siblings, Phyllis Ostrander of Moundsville, W. V, Charlotte Merselis (Paul) of Colorado and Jim Williams (Beth) of Maryland. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and step grandchildren.
