She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Lilley and Mamie Crow Lilley; her husband Emmitt K. Francis; and her daughter Vicki L. Francis. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Francis (Mary Lou) and David Francis (Brenda); her sister Gail Zwick; and her grandchildren, Brian Higginbotham, Angie McGee, Matthew Francis, Kaci Francis, Lauren Yurko, Derek Francis, Cody Francis and Katelin Francis. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
