She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse M. Cook and Molly M Cook (Colvin); her former husband Donald Dellget; her husband Robert Kerns; her granddaughter Olivia Dunfee; and her siblings, Gladys Petrelle, Beulah Reilley, Ila Crowe, Kenneth and Donald Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Debra McManus (Daniel) of St. Louis, MO, Diane Loy (T. Scott) of Moundsville, WV, Donald Dellget (Michele) of Moundsville and Ngoc Nguyen. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
