She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Farnsworth and Emma Farnsworth (Lutes); her husband Ralph L. Wolfe III; and her siblings, Norma Jean Farnsworth, Ruby Zuppert, Delbert and Fred Farnsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Parker (Oliver "Popeye") of Moundsville, April McCoy of Moundsville, Patricia Sanney (Jamie) of Moundsville and Ralph L. Wolfe IV of Moundsville; and her siblings, Margaret Wolfe of Moundsville and Graham Farnsworth of Perced, CA. She is also survived by several grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
