He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew R. Cencarik and Kathryn Cencarik (Pigan); and his sister Mary Anne Merville. He is survived by: his son Andrew Cencarik (Kristen); his stepsons, Charles E. Bushovisky, Jr. (Jennifer) and Joseph G. Bushovisky; his brothers, Michael Cencarik and Richard Cencarik (Joan); and his former wife Lillian Cencarik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
