Blake, Sr. of Moundsville; her children, Thomas Blake, Jr. of Moundsville, Crystal of Moundsville, Bryan of Moundsville and Ryan Blake of Moundsville; her grandchildren, John Thomas, Geoffrey, Colin, Randi Dawn, Darrell Albert, Nala Belle and Mya Cheyenne Blake; and her siblings, Loretta Rush, Evelyn Williams, John, Harry, Rodney, Andrew and Everett (Sue).
