She is survived by: her husband Clay; her daughters, Nika Collins of Alum Creek, WV and Crystal Lewis (Donnie) of Charleston, WV; her siblings, Richard Johnson (Francis), Bill Johnson (Karen) of Hamlin, WV and Becky Marcum of Morrisvale, WV; her grandchildren, Joshua Collins, Jr., Gracie Collins, Caitlyn Lewis and Laura Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Bentley Lewis and Ella Lewis.
