He is survived by: his stepchildren, Connie Davis, Diane Church, Duane Church (Heidi), Rob Church (Debbie) and Gary Church; his siblings, Naomi Riffle, Jean Carmody and Clarence Miller; and his sister-in-law Barbara Miller.
