In the sacred silence of farewell, Viktoria is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Viktoria's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Romine and Oral L. Romine of Morgantown. She is survived by: her family, Frances Lattanzi, Debra Lattanzi Shutika (Ken) and Susan Lattanzi; her daughter Helen Shutika Kobayashi (Nate); her grandson Kenny; her family, John Shutika and Rilla Teets; her brother William Romine (Bertha); and her nephew Gregory Romine. She is also survived by friends and caregivers.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you honor Viktoria's memory by passing full-size candy bars to trick-or-treaters this Halloween.
