With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victor Charles Propst of Morgantown, West Virginia, born in Granville, West Virginia, who passed away on December 13, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Charles and Suzy Elizabeth Propst (Shaffer). He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Propst; his daughter Lizzie Propst; his sisters, Kim Propst and JoAnn Wyatt (Jimmy); his nieces and nephews, Jessica Roberts, Caitland Farley, Carri Zeigler, Jennifer Weekly and Austin Weekly; his sisters-in-law, Maxine Dawson and Jenny Powell; and his pets, Leo, Lincoln, Arliss, Marceline and Gravy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
