He is survived by: his wife Jessica Lynn Jolliffe Kisner; his children, Kelsey Dzierzak (Jan) of Clarksburg, Thomas Lee Kisner II (Tori Long) of Morgantown, Patrick Anthony Kisner of Morgantown and Shelby Raye Kisner of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Serenity Lynn Kisner, Kaston Lee Kisner and Brayden Thomas Kisner; his cousin Gary Carpenter of Looneyville, WV; and his close friend Robert Clark of Morgantown.
