He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Lansing Elmer and Jessie Conner Elmer; and his sisters, Ellen Robins and Betty Stevenson. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Wayne "Tom" Elmer, II of Illinois, Diana Marie Elmer and Ashley Renee Elmer; and his siblings, Charlie Elmer, Sam Elmer, Sharon Elmer and Bill Elmer.
