He was predeceased by: his son Samuel Shuttlesworth; and his siblings, Judy Poling, Glenda Malik and Larry Shuttlesworth. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Shuttlesworth, Beverly Shuttlesworth, Glenda Shuttlesworth, Ben Shuttlesworth (Becky) and James Shuttlesworth; his brother Darrell Shuttlesworth; and his pets, Sugar and Pete. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
