He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Lewis; and his daughter Terri Ellen Lewis. He is survived by: his father Albert Lewis; his wife Ellen Lewis; and his children, Matthew Lewis (Karen), Renee Bailey (Dwayne) and Brandy Lewis. He is also survived by siblings, sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
