She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Cramer and Cora Reed Emery; her husbands, Joe Belt and James Joseph Belt (Joe); and her sisters, Evelyn Cox (Dennis Cox), Elma Walley (Leon Walley), Eva Williams (Ron Williams) and Edna Hall (Bob Hall).
She is survived by: her children, Tina Hartzell (Craig) of Morgantown, Philip Belt (Kelly) of Indianapolis, Jeff Belt (Jessica) of Morgantown and Tanya Bruner (Tim) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Kristina Saylor (Jason) of Cadiz, Ohio, Christopher Hartzell (Christi) of Constantine, Aaron Hartzell of Morgantown, Jacob Hartzell (Aki) of Japan, Benjamin Belt (Lauren) of Indianapolis, Abby Shealey (Ben) of Indianapolis, Jonathan Belt of Indianapolis, Luke Belt, Tyler Belt, Jameson Walters, Jett Walters of Morgantown, Ashley White (Jason) of Morgantown, Emiley, Adam and Elaina Bruner of Morgantown; her great grandchildren, Skyelar Goldsborough, Wesson Saylor of Cadiz, Keegan Hartzell of Morgantown, Dylan Hartzell of Constantine, Lilly, June and Sara Hartzell of Japan; and her brothers, Earnest Emery and Elmer Emery (Wanda) of Moundsville, WV. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will be accepting flowers but would like to suggest donations be made in Sylvia's memory to the Mon Health Cancer Center, 1200 JD Anderson Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505.
