It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Abraham Lorenze Jr. (Morgantown, West Virginia), who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Lorenze, Sr. and Florence Lucci Lorenze. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Sanders Lorenze; his children, Cindy Myers (Bob) of Morgantown, WV., Jerry Lorenze (Shera) of Morgantown, WV. and Gregg Lorenze (Shelley) of Morgantown, WV.; his grandchildren, Matt Myers (Jennifer), Kristen Myers, Dr. Alyssa Lorenze (Anthony Giambrone), Stephanie Lorenze, Natalie Lorenze, Alexis Warder (Zachary), Kaitlin Woods (Hunter) and Chloe Lorenze; his great grandchildren, Ginger, Lillian Myers, Hayes Woods and Wilder Cole; his siblings, Sandy Rundle (Pat) and James Lorenze (Alice); and his uncle Augie Lucci.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to be made in Steve's memory to WVU Children's Hospital, 1 Medical Center Dr., Morgantown, WV 26505 or St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 3346 University Ave., Morgantown, WV 26505.
