She is survived by: her husband Frank Hazelwood; her children, Lisa Metz of Morgantown, Donna Batton (Carl) of Morgantown, Gilbert Himes (Wanda) of Front Royal, VA, David Himes (Laura) of Hagans, WV and Frank Alonzo Hazelwood; her grandchildren, Amanda Bellman (Kevin), Chad Himes and Allison Himes; her great grandchildren, Mary Faith Bellman, Devin Bellman, Dayton Bellman and Baby Wade Himes; her cousins, Con and Nancy Wostoupal; and her pets, Bahr and Foxie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
