She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Pearl Matthew (McCartney) of Reedsville; her children, Kaylin Nicole Powers and Allison Michelle Powers; her stepson Alex Reel (Stepheney); her stepmother Janet Matthew; her siblings, Marvin LeRoy Matthew Jr. (Alice), Sheila Mae Bowser (Wade) and Tim Matthew (Melinda); her brother-in-law Gary Reel (Lori); her niece Jennifer Jennings (Eric); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin, Reagan and Quinn; her niece Rachel Hoosier (Stephen); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddox, Krew, Audrey and Anna; her nieces and nephews, Shanna Humphrey (Evan) and Taylar Clark (Kendra); her great-nephew Oliver; her nephew Michael Matthew; her caregiver Barbara; and also, Kim Shockley and Melissa Carson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local animal shelter in Shelley's memory.
