He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Butcher; his brothers, Robert (Ellen) and Larry Butcher; and his son Sammy Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Brian and Matthew Butcher; and his mother Margurette Butcher. He is also survived by his family and the friends.
