He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kochel and Catherine Cramer. He is survived by: his uncle John; his aunt Shirley Cramer; his wife Wanda Kochel; his adoptive daughter Kristen Marie; and his brothers, Chuck Cramer (Lisa) and Jay Cramer (Debbie). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fred Jenkins Chapel (10 S High St, Morgantown, WV 26501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
