He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Glen Blanchard, Sr. and Esther Hyatt Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Jean Waller Blanchard; his daughter Sherri Bernier of Pontotoc, Mississippi; his stepchildren, Joel Edward Bowlby of Preston County and Chrissi Crabbe of Wyoming; his grandchildren, Cayla Brown, Britney Jones (Nathan) and Matthew Bernier; his great grandchildren, Brileigh, Josie, Emily, Raelyn and Malachi; his stepgrandchildren, Easton Mathess, Riddick McCabe, Damian McCabe, Parker McCabe, Ardimus McCabe and Gambit McCabe; and his brothers, Robert Edgar'Robby" Blanchard (Catherine) of Barrackville, WV and William James "Willie" Blanchard (Debbie) of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions the family asks for contributions to be made directly to the funeral home to assist with Roy's final expenses.
