It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Marie Skidmore of Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on June 7, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Frum and Billie Weston Frum; her husband David Skidmore; her brother Mark Frum; and her siblings-in-law, Fran Frum and Dana Skidmore.
She is survived by: her children, Brent Skidmore (Nicole) of Morgantown, Jeff Skidmore of Morgantown and Carrie Sayre (Nathan) of St. Albans, WV; her grandchildren, Kennedy, Reese, Rowan and Noelle; her brothers, Gary Frum of Morgantown, Randy Frum (Liz) of Morgantown and Rob Frum of Morgantown; her sisters-in-law, Gina Radabaugh of Arthurdale and Debra Watkins of Morgantown; her nieces and nephews, Rhonda Vrabel, Crystal Frum, Leslie Frum, Christopher Watkins, Scott Frum, Heather Skidmore, Beau Frum and Michael McGee; and her extended family, Misty Rice, Theresa McCutcheon, Edward McCutcheon and Hannah Jeffries.
