She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mayle and Violet Mae Piper; her husband Frank Kisner; her daughters, Angie Starkey and Linda Kisner; and her siblings, Rosie Mayle, Theresa Murphy and Merle Murphy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Parrotta (Sam) of Florida, Aaron Murphy of Morgantown and Sue Nuce (Kevin) of Morgantown; her stepsisters, Boo and Deb of Morgantown; and her grandchildren, Ronnie Starkey (Gina), Traci Starkey (Robert) of Morgantown, Angel Starkey (Jonathan) of Morgantown and Jonathan Howard (Victoria). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
