She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Hawkins of Kingwood; her grandchildren, Michelle Morris (Steve) of Morgantown, Kevin Casino (Angie) of Kingwood, Michael Casino (Pam Melcheck) of Reedsville and Tammy Galuska (Chad) of Charleston, SC; and her great grandchildren, Brynlea Casino, Evan and Owen Galuska.
