He was predeceased by: his parents, Edger C. Fowler, Sr. and Elva Helen Pugh Fowler; and his siblings, Karen Fowler, David and Gerald Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Sommer (Zack Seese) and Dustin Fowler; his brother Ed (Beth Fowler); the mother of his children Dusti Artice; his grandchildren, Madyson, Davren, Brynleigh, Nolan and Charlotte; his niece Megan Fisher (Matthew); his great-nephew Owen; his great-nieces, Emma and Nora; and his nieces and nephews, Felicia Young (Aaron), Brittany, Helena, Wyatt Fowler and Jeramiah (Noel Fowler).
