He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Bolyard and Kathaleen Bolyard (Rogers); and his sister Susan Albertazzie. He is survived by: his wife Leah A. Bolyard; his daughters, Kasey Long (Lonnie) and Lindsay Powroznik (Logan); his sister Judy Jones (Tom); and his brothers-in-law, Tom Albertazzie and Stanley Dudzik.
