He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moore and Dorothy Moore; and his brother-in-law Gary Cook. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Moore; and his daughters, Melissa Molisee (Paul) of Leesburg, FL. and Tonya Moore of Morgantown.
