She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lester McFadden and Nellie Bly Royce McFadden; her husband Edward O'Donnell; her nephew Daniel Thomas Coulter; and her sisters, Martha, Helen, Dorothy and Bess McFadden.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Jane McFadden Heinemann of Green Tree, PA; and her nephews, Jim Matlick, Robert Coulter, Virgil Coulter, David Coulter and Charles Coulter.
