He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Johnson and Alice Rush Johnson. He is survived by : his children, Zachary of Morgantown, Jordan Spadafore of Morgantown and Steven Boyles of Morgantown; his granddaughters, Brookelynn Spadafore, Mariana Spadafore of Martinsburg and Faith Boyles of Morgantown; his siblings, Charles Johnson of Florida, Keith Johnson (Brenda) of Kentucky and Pam Johnson of Buckhannon; his son Cody Johnson; and his siblings, John Johnson, Paul David Johnson, Terry Johnson, Robert Johnson, Penny Johnson and Marylou Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
