She is survived by: her husband Dr. Frank Herbert Stevens; her siblings, Walter William Spelsberg Jr., Carolyn Tilghman Shiben, Linda Winfield Wolfe and Thomas Spelsberg; her son Dr. Phillip Rust Stevens (Susan) of Bridgeport, WV; her grandchild Drs; her son Jeffrey Reid Stevens; her grandchildren, Zachary Reid Stevens of Elko, NV, Jeffrey Tobias Stevens of Morgantown, WV and Faith MacKenzie Stevens of Charleston, WV; her daughter Laura Stevens Aliff (Billy) of Bridgeport, WV; her granddaughters, Natalie Reid Foley (Brendan) of Huntsville, TX and Stacie Ann Aliff (Nick Dawkins) of Bridgeport, WV.; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Reid Stevens, William Daniel Stevens, Landon Edward Brown, Easton Charles Brown, Ashton Phillip Brown, Wyatt James Holland, Hattie Grace Holland and Reid Joseph Foley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
