She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Starr and Mabel Starr; and her sister Eleanor. She is survived by: her sisters, Edith Vehse of Morgantown and Bernice Black of Warren, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hastings Funeral Home (153 Spruce St, Morgantown, WV 26505).
