She is survived by: her husband Sanford "Sam" Guthrie; her sons, Richard Boykin (Christine) of Carmichaels, PA and Bud Boykin (Melissa) of Florida; and her stepson Sammie Guthrie of Morgantown. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two step-grandchildren.
