We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2023, at the age of 88, Luella May Frey of Morgantown, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Stiles and Mary Stiles; her grandson Douglas Frey; her sister Shirley Smallwood (Don Smallwood); and her brother-in-law Dave Riggie.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Schillinger (Donnie), Cheryl Spiker, Richard Frey (Joyce), Keith Frey (Drema) and Brian Frey; and her siblings, Lovena Conklin, Carolyn Riggie, Linda Hadsell and Duane Stiles. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren.
