She was predeceased by: her parent William Hackett. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Hackett (Werner); her husband Robert W. Wheeler; her children, Julie Wheeler (Denise Kircher) of Osprey, FL, Kristin VanFossen (Adam) of Washington, DC, Beth Wheeler of Mount Pleasant, SC and Christopher Wheeler of Brunswick, GA; her grandchildren, Ben VanFossen, Cate VanFossen, Madison Wheeler and Julianne Wheeler; her brothers-in-law, Bruce Wheeler (Judy) of Austin, TX and Brad Wheeler (Joanne Bosworth) of Wheeling, WV; and her aunt Ruth Werner of Wheeling, WV. She is also survived by two nephews, one niece, and many cousins.
