She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fitchett and Izetta Fitchett; her husband Ronald Levicky; and her sons, Michael Wayne "Suze" and David Scott "Red" Sypolt.
She is survived by: her son James F. "Heavy" Sypolt of Reedsville; her grandchildren, Cameryn Grace, Caleb Michael Sypolt, Nathan Forman (Sarah), Dakota Sypolt and Stephanie Browning (Eric); her siblings, Trudy Fesler of Zanesville, OH and Jack Fitchett of Kingwood; and her half-sister Susan Beerbower (Ralph) of Bruceton Mills. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
