He is survived by: his children, Terry Christopher White of Blacksville, Susan Sehemeley of Westover and Sandy Lipscomb of Morgantown; his siblings, Alvin Lipscomb of Grafton and Rosella Wolfe of Bruceton Mills, Wilma; and his friends, Friendsville, MD, Linda Frazee of Friendsville, MD and Cathy Fackovec of Sewickley, PA.
