He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Shank and Debbie Kotova; his children, Tammy Clemsic Hines and Jason Allen Clemsic, Sr. (Arlene Clemsic); and his grandchildren, Ashley Hines, Emily Hines, Kamyrn Clemsic and Jason Clemsic, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
