He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth A. Stevens and Helen Settles Stevens; his siblings, Jimmy, Jean and Joan; and his son Bryon Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Annalee; his sons, Jeffrey Scott and Kenneth Dean; his sister Joyce Ann; and his caregivers, Greta, Michiele and Kenny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home (10 S High St, Morgantown, WV 26501). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
