She was predeceased by: her parents, Carliss Leroy and Betty Luella Craig Mayle. She is survived by: her siblings, John Arthur Mayle of Masontown, Cindy Lue Mayle, Janice May McGinnis (Larry David) of Cleveland, TN and Richard Lee Mayle (Ellie Mae) of Granville; and her close friends, Diana, Gary Crites and Charlie Fox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
