He is survived by: his parents, Colin Phillips of Morgantown and Cindy Cain Phillips of Morgantown; his wife Melissa Wise Phillips; his sons, Brandon Phillips and Christopher Phillips; his sister Amie Gutshall (Stephen) of Morgantown; his father-in-law Richard Wise; his grandmother Bonnie Cain; his sister-in-law Crystal Dotson (Josh); his nieces, Isabella, Madeline, Sadie and Katie; and his nephew Adam. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
